WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- Passion — Genuine love for volleyball and youth development
- Commitment — Reliable attendance for practices and tournaments
- Character — Positive role model on and off the court
- Experience — Playing or coaching background preferred
THE ROLE
- 2 practices per week
- 6–7 regional tournaments per season
- Season runs November – April
- Weekly conditioning sessions
